If the return is for a valid reason as per the above, you are required to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to returning the item. Contact our Customer Service Department for an RGA and return instructions. You must claim an RGA within 10 days of receipt of product. In case of a proven manufactures defect, Zulu Global has the right to replace the item or reimburse the money at its sole discretion.
